Please note that Gracie Rose Creative will be on a short business break from May 22–30. Our website will remain open and orders can still be placed during this time. All orders placed between May 22–30 will begin dispatching from June 1 in the order they are received.

We ship all orders via Australia Post from Townsville, QLD.

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Options:

  • Standard Parcel Post (2-8 business days)
  • Express Post (1-4 business days)

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary depending on your location and during peak periods,

Tracking:
All parcels come with tracking. You can track your order via the Australia Post website using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Shipping Delays:
We are not responsible for delays once the item has been handed over to Australia Post, but we’re happy to assist with tracking updates or missing parcels.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@gracierosecreative.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with Australia Post to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
